Who’s covered
The original owner — the owner of the coach on the date of invoice.
Where it applies
Removal, repair and re-installation at our physical location in Hudson, Florida. Glass units shipped to and from us are repaired under warranty at the owner’s expense.
What’s not covered
Cracked, shattered or broken glass; tinting, film or reflective materials; glass cleaned with petroleum-based or acidic products; accidents, storms and other events beyond our control; and paint damage from removing and reinstalling the window assembly.

Suncoast Designers warrants to the original owner that any Suncoast Designers manufactured or repaired RV insulated glass only, shall be free of manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the insulated unit. Suncoast Designers liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of nonconforming goods or parts, at Suncoast’s option. Suncoast shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages that may arise out of a claim for breach of this warranty.
This warranty covers only those manufacturing and material defects as specified herein and does not include defects or damages attributable to improper insulation and or application of product, such as any form of tinting, film, reflective glass, or other heat reflective materials; use or maintenance; glass cleaned with any petroleum based or acidic substance, highly corrosive environments; defects caused by accident, fire, flood, acts of God, multiple hurricanes, water intrusion caused by wind driven rain due to high wind events, pre-existing leaks, vandalism, riot or civil disorder; or occurrences beyond Suncoast Designers control. This warranty also excludes glass that is cracked, shattered, or broken. Suncoast Designers will not be liable for any paint damage occurred while removing and reinstalling the window assembly.
Suncoast Designers warrants to the original owner that its insulated glass units will not materially obstruct vision as a result of dust collection or moisture collection in the dead air space of a sealed unit for the lifetime of the insulated unit. This is a limited lifetime warranty valid only for the owner of the coach on the date of invoice.
Suncoast Designers limited lifetime warranty covers removal, repair, and re-installation at our physical location only. We will repair glass units under warranty, shipped to and from our physical location, at the Owner’s expense.
In the event of a claim under the Warranty, Owner shall furnish proof of date of the installation of the glass and shall demonstrate that the failure of the glass was due to a breach of the Warranty stated herein. Unless grossly negligent, Suncoast’s determination of whether an insulated glass unit is defective shall be presumptively valid.
NO REPRESENTATIVE OF SUNCOAST DESIGNERS, INC. HAS THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE OR MODIFY THIS WARRANTY IN ANY RESPECT, EITHER ORALLY OR IN WRITING.
